1827 Chief LeGros of Miamis Death Announcement

Detroit January 11, 1827

Sir,

LeGros, the Miami Chief, to whom a pension was promised by the Commissioners at the late treaty upon the Wabash, has recently died, an dit therefore has become unnecessary to make any arrangements to redeem, this promise.
